Spring Meadows 5k is 6 years running, to promote health & wellness in our community. Proceeds will help fund other community events. This race is for everyone of all ages, from beginner runners, walkers, to professional runners. The Overall Male and Female winners will each receive a CASH award of $250! Come join us and have some fun. Race day registration and packet Pick up will begin at 6:30 am.
Also, we would like to invite you, your family & friends to join us at our 2nd annual Community Health Fest on 3-31-19, 12N, at Mellon Park 600 E. 1st St, Sanford, FL 32771. Save your race Bib for a free water bottle if you attend the health fest. Free admission.
If you are not a runners or walker, donations are being accepted that will benefit community events that promote health and fitness!
